When we say Eagle, we think of a huge, powerful bird of prey. But are we aware that eagles have some special, distinctive qualities? Here are some qualities, researchers and scientists say, possessed by the eagles;
1. Eagles loves to fly high and ride the storm.
2. Eagles have strong and sharp vision, which focuses even high up from the air.
3. Eagles do not eat dead meat. He feeds on fresh prey.
4. The Eagle tests before it trusts.
5. Eagles train their young ones to fly and live independently.
6. When the eagle gets old it sheds off it's old, useless beak, claws and feathers, then it waits patiently or a few months until it gets new feathers, claws and beak and until it is again ready to hunt for food.
During this difficult times of global economic crisis, we should learn from the eagle. We can use the economic storm to our advantage, like the eagle that uses the power of the storm to rest it's wings and ride the winds. We should have strong and sharp vision for our career's future and our future so that we are prepared to face any eventualities that may happen. We should not just trust anybody just because they are our acquaintance, friends or relatives. We should test if they are worth of our trust. Like the eagle, we should feed our minds and soul with fresh knowledge and beliefs. Like the eagle, we should train and prepare our young ones to be independent so that they are prepared to face the real world outside their homes. More importantly, we should retool ourselves with new knowledge and skills so that we can cope up with the fast changing world and are prepared to hunt again for job in the corporate and technological world. We should ACT LIKE AN EAGLE.
